The Cheerlax Pack is a Mental Health First Aid Kit for Kids, as well as a future business of mine. Cheerlax as an entity believes that all children are heroes and deserve a sidekick for the rough and tough stuff. Cheerlax Pack has got their back! So this resource kit was designed to help children deal with emotions and behaviors that are hard to understand and handle so they can be at their best and ready for success.
There are several components of the kit. These include a set of "Emotion Cards", a set of "Coping Cards", a special touch sensory toy I call a "Sensacube", a kid's mental health resource booklet, and finally a caregiver's resource booklet.
